Under Grace's Law, the bikes are not allowed to be driven in parks, roads and other public areas.

Under Grace's Law, the bikes are not allowed to be driven in parks, roads and other public areas.

The legislation is coming in following the death of 16 year-old Grace Lynch who was hit by a scrambler in Finglas in Dublin in January.
Councillor Tony Murphy says the guards must be able to take the bikes from properties:
