A Roscommon senator says a scammer broke into a bank's security system to rob money from someone's account. Gareth Scahill says banks aren't doing enough to stamp out fraud through texts and emails.
He says one third of people scammed don't even report it. The Castlerea man outlined a case he'd been contacted out:
