A Roscommon senator says drug-dealers have knocked on people's doors after bereavements - to demand the dead person's drugs debt. Gareth Scahill was speaking in the Seanad, after an Oireachtas committee on drugs-use published a new report.

They recommended the possession of drugs for personal use be decriminalised. Senator Scahill, from Castlerea, says some of his constituents feel drug-use is out of control:
