Roscommon house prices rising at highest rate in Ireland

They rose by €27,500, according to MyHome.ie

House prices in Co Roscommon have risen by the highest percentage rate in the country over the past year.

They rose by €27,500, according to MyHome.ie.

Meanwhile, prices rose by €18,000 in Leitrim and €10,500 in Longford.

The median asking price for a house in Roscommon is €212,000, while it's €198,000 in Leitrim and just under €160,000 in Longford.

Managing director at MyHome.ie, Joanne Geary, however, says the rate of asking price inflation has slowed:
