Roscommon Gardaí have cracked down on motorists driving without tax throughout the county this week.
The roads policing unit stopped and seized a vehicle in the Ballyforan area for an invalid tax disk.
The vehicle displayed an expired tax disc of 346 days.

A fixed charge penalty notice was also handed out to the driver.
