Local Gardaí have arrested a motorist in Roscommon after he attempted to evade Gardaí.
Members of the Roscommon Roads Policing Unit attempted to stop the car after Gardaí noticed it being driven in a suspicious manner.
When stopped the motorist tested positive for cannabis and it was found that his tax and NCT was expired from 2020.

He was arrested and the car seized, with a court date to follow.
