Over 50 farmers and landowners attended a meeting in Ballyleague with local public representatives and IFA members.

There's anger among landowners and farmers in Roscommon due to flooding near rewetted bogs. Over 50 farmers and landowners attended a meeting in Ballyleague with local public representatives and IFA members. They say lands near Mount Dillon have been affected by flooding due to Bord na Móna carrying out rewetting work. Minister Kevin 'Boxer' Moran is due to visit the area this weekend. Local MEP Ciaran Mullooly says the lands in question never flooded before:
