Roscommon County Board is calling for the GAA to drop Allianz as a sponsor over its links to Israel.
St Aidan’s from Ballyforan tabled the motion for the annual convention in the Abbey Hotel tonight.
It was passed after a show of hands and no opposition was expressed.
St Aidan's said a recent UN report claimed Allianz Insurance is profiting from the illegal occupation of Palestine.
Offaly, Tyrone and Fermanagh county boards have passed similar motions, and now Roscommon has followed suit.
Allianz has been a leading sponsor of the GAA’s National Leagues since 1993.
