The Roscommon branch of MS Ireland will hold a wellness day in Roscommon town today.
The event takes place at Hannon's Hotel from 10.30 this morning.
It's free to anyone in County Roscommon and the surrounding areas affected by multiple sclerosis.
Guests will be welcomed by MS regional worker Jackie Keogh and there will be a demonstration by a local physiotherapist.
