Homeowners in the Shannonside region are being reminded that the deadline for Local Property Tax returns is tomorrow. There has been a surge in homeowners filing returns this week with half a million completed by the end of last week. Property owners must self-assess the value of their property before telling Revenue how they wish to pay the tax. The new valuations would apply for the Local Property Tax from next year.
