A public meeting is taking place in Roscommon town this evening to oppose more refugee centres opening in the area. Last week the Department of Migration turned down an offer to open an IPAS centre on Goff Street. But tonight's meeting is still going ahead in the Coachman's Inn on Castle Street at 8 o'clock.
