Progress continues to be made on plans to turn the former Longford Greyhound Stadium into a new community sports facility. Local Councillors approved plans for the development at a meeting last week.
A new playground and Skate Park have already opened in the area over the past year. Longford Councillor Peggy Nolan says she's delighted to see the plans moving forward:
