Planning permission is being sought for the demolition of a well known former pub and nightclub in Leitrim.
Kevin Gordon is seeking to demolish the former Beirne's Pub and Nova nightclub on Hill Street in Mohill.
The plans call for the site to be used for the construction of 14 homes consisting of 11 three bed homes, two three bed houses and a single four bed unit.

The plans also include a new service road, connection to existing services and all associated site works.
County planners will decide on the application in May.
