Plans for short-term rental homes in Boyle get the green light

Plans for short-letting accommodation in Boyle have been given the go-ahead.

Mervyn Boles applied for planning permission for significant works at the 'Boles of Boyle' building.

They'd include seven short-term rental homes - with a commercial unit on the ground floor maintained.

Roscommon County Council has given the plans the green light, subject to 11 conditions.
