Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in North Longford. MFG Construction Ltd has lodged the application with Longford County Council for the construction of 24 homes at Rathcronan in Granard. The plans consist of for 14 three bed semi detached two storey homes, 6 two bed single storey houses and 4 three bed units.
The application also contains plans for a new entrance and access road, green open spaces and pedestrian pathway. Longford County Planners will decide on the project early in the new year.
