Plans have been lodged for a new housing development including retirement housing in Strokestown. The application from Declan Kelly and Kelly McCann seeks planning permission for a 44 home development at Lisroyne in Strokestown. The homes would consist of 10 one bed and four two bed retirement homes, 14 three bed two storey units, 9 three bed two storey terraced units and a number of other 4 and 2 bed units.
The plans include boundary treatments, road services and all site development works. County planners will decide on the case in the coming months.
