Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in County Roscommon.
Padraic Cryan has lodged an application to construct 12 new homes at Castleplunket near Castlerea and Tulsk.
The plans call for the 12 houses to be comprised of 4 four bed semi detached homes, 6 three bed semi detached houses and 2 two bed units.
The application includes plans for a waste water management system, a new vehicular and pedestrian access route and new boundary fences.
County planners will decide on the project in May.
