Planning permission is being sought for a significant new housing development in a North Longford Village. Philip Rogers is seeking to construct 22 homes at Mill Race Park and Derawley in Drumlish. The plans include 20 two bed single story semi detached homes and 2 two bed single storey detached units.
The application shows the development would be accessed from the adjacent Mill Race Park Estate with plans for a new internal access road, boundary fences and green open spaces. Longford County Planners will decide on the issue early next year.
