Permission is being sought for the construction of 9 holiday chalets outside of Boyle in Roscommon.
An application submitted by Elaine & Rachael Flanagan of SLCER Ltd seek the construction along with ancillary site works and services, including the installation of a holding tank for effluent.
The development would be located in the Runnaroddan Townland in Kingsland near Boyle.

Holiday Chalets are traditionally houses or cottages made of wood with a heavy, gentle sloping roof and wide edges.
Roscommon County planners are set to decide on the application at the end of June.
