A Roscommon-Galway TD is calling for eir to be given 'harsh penalties' for long delays in restoring phone services after Storm Eowyn.
It's now 69 days since the storm hit Ireland, causing massive powercuts and significant disruptions.
Michael Fitzmaurice says homes throughout the west are still waiting for phone services to return.
