People in Leitrim are being reminded that a number of public amenities are closed due to the pandemic.

People in Leitrim are being reminded that a number of public car parks at amenities in the county are closed due to the Covid pandemic.

Earlier this week the Council confirmed on Facebook that following on from Garda advice, the Council was removing access to car parks at four areas in the interests of public health.

The car parks closed are at Glencar Waterfall, Eagles Rock, Lough Rynn Caravan and Camping Park and Keeldra Lake and it is expected they will remain closed for a number of weeks.
