A multi -million euro Lotto jackpot won in Athlone in May has finally been claimed.
The winning ticket bought in the Applegreen Service Station off the M6 Motorway in the town is worth €6,489,165.
The National Lottery had been urging those behind the win to make contact with them over the last month.

Arrangements are now being made for the winner to claim the significant prize.
