Over 1000 homes left without power in the Mohill area

Over 1000 people in Leitrim are without power this afternoon following an outage in the Mohil area.

The ESB are reporting 1045 customers have had their electricity supply disrupted in Leitrim.

Works are underway to address the problem with supply expected to be restored by half five this evening.
