One person has been hospitalised following a road traffic collision in Roscommon.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the two vehicle collision on the N4 outside Boyle at approximately 6pm
One person was removed from the scene to Sligo General Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

The incident resulted in severe delays and a stop go system on the route for a number of hours last night.
