House prices in the Shannonside region continue to rise. That's according to the latest national survey from the Real Estate Alliance which looks at the average second-hand three-bed semi.
Prices rose by 2.8% in Roscommon in the last 3 months, with the average price now standing at just over €277,000. They also rose by 2.2% in Leitrim with the price of a three-bed semi now at €230,000 whilst in Longford prices increased by 1.8% to €225,000.
