The findings come from recent figures compiled by the Central Statistics Office.
The CSO provided a breakdown of popular names per county for the year 2024.
In Co. Longford, Emily, Fiadh and Grace were the most common baby girl names last year.
While Patrick was the most popular boy name in the county.
There was a rise in babies named Noah and Grace in the country, and they were the most popular choice in Co. Roscommon overall.
Meanwhile Conor and Croía took the top spot in Co. Leitrim.
Nationally, Jack was the top name for the eighth year in a row, while Sophie, Éabha, Grace, Emily and Fiadh were the most popular girl names for 2024.
