A new start business from Kilteevan Co. Roscommon is in with a chance of winning €20,000 as this year's InterTradeIreland Seedcorn Investor Readiness

A new start business from Kilteevan Co. Roscommon is in with a chance of winning €20,000 as this year's InterTradeIreland Seedcorn Investor Readiness Competition regional finalists are announced.

Positive Carbon is among 25 companies in total from across the island who will compete across four regional heats, starting in early November.

Established in May 2020 by Mark and Aisling Kirwan, Positive Carbon, provides intelligent food waste monitoring technology to help businesses save food and money.

The Roscommon company will compete against two others at the Connacht & Leinster regional final on the 4th November.

Each business will deliver an investment pitch remotely to an expert judging panel comprising of venture capitalists, business angels and some of the island's leading business leaders.
