Nearly 200 women who live in the Shannonside region had abortions last year.
The Department of Health says there were 66 from Roscommon, 81 from Longford and 49 from Leitrim.
Longford’s figure was up five on the previous year, Leitrim’s was up two, and Roscommon’s was down 32.
