The Minister for Rural and Community Development will visit Co Leitrim on October 13th.
Minister Dara Calleary will be delivering a keynote address at an event focused on reimagining rural Ireland.
The conference taking place in the surroundings of Lough Rynn Castle in Mohill will bring together community leaders, policymakers, and innovators to explore how smart technologies and strategies are transforming rural life.
The day will see presentations from leading experts including the Director of All-Island Research Observatory at Maynooth University Justin Gleeson, and David Minton, who is the Director of Services, Sustainable Transport and Emergency Services at Leitrim County Council.
There will be panelist contributions from Chair of the Mohill Town Team Mary Reynolds, who is to share a case study on rural regeneration and stakeholder collaboration.
The event aims to offer a perspective on rural innovation and digital transformation, and attendees will have opportunities to engage with national and international thought leaders and decision-makers.
