A local MEP has joined the call for the proposed Mercusor trade agreement to be scrapped. Luke 'Ming' Flanagan previously spent over 10 years as a member of the EU's Agriculture Committee.
He has lambasted the European Commission's approach to the deal. MEP Flanagan says the deal cannot go ahead:
