Man who died in Donamon collision named locally as former All-Ireland winning GAA player Harry Crowley

Harry Crowley was a popular presence in the local GAA circle, having won the under-21 All-Ireland Football Championship title against Kerry in 1978. 

It's been confirmed a well-known former Roscommon GAA player passed away in a fatal collision in Donamon.

The Oran footballer scored Roscommon's last point that day, finishing with 0-2.
Harry passed away on Sunday morning, following a single-vehicle collision at Carrigans Park in Donamon, aged in his 60s. He lived nearby.
