A man in his 40s has been charged after over €33,000 worth of drugs was seized in Strokestown on Wednesday. They include cannabis, magic mushrooms, amphetamine, LSD and MDMA.
The drugs were found after gardai stopped a vehicle on Main Street, Strokestown, Wednesday evening around 8.30pm. €1,400 in cash was also seized. The man is due to appear before Castlerea District Court at 11.30am this morning.
