A man has appeared in court following the seizure of €26,000 worth of suspected cannabis plants at a house in Longford.
Gardai made the discovery at a residence in Edgeworthstown on Friday.
During the course of the search they also found a cultivation and manufacturing system which included humidifiers, a digital thermostat, extensive insulation and plant fertilizer.

A man in his 30's was arrested and detained at Granard Garda Station before appearing at a special sitting of Longford District court on Friday night.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Longford District Court tomorrow via video link.
