Local TD says he'll prioritise greenways for south Leitrim next term

Several towns and villages in south Leitrim could be linked with greenways in the next few years, under ambitious plans from a local TD. A feasibility study, valued at €200,000, is exploring developing more greenways in the area. The first sitting of the new Dáil takes place tomorrow, with twelve Shannonside deputies to take their seats in Leinster House. Sligo-Leitrim TD Frank Feighan, from Fine Gael, says greenways are one of his priorities for the next five years.
