A local TD has backed the Public Health Bill on single-use vapes.
The Bill aims to ban the sale of disposable vapes to protect youth health and reduce environmental waste.
Roscommon-Galway TD Martin Daly said that single-use vapes exploit a regulatory gap by combining addictive nicotine with electronic waste in a product designed to be quickly discarded.
