A Longford senator says learner drivers are being forced to break the law and drive without a fully qualified motorist. Paraic Brady told the Seanad this week it's because of the long delays for a driving test.
Over 83,000 people are currently waiting to take the exam. Senator Brady says it's completely unacceptable:
