A local senator says domestic-abusers should be kicked out of their homes - not their victims. Labour's Nessa Cosgrove says gardai were called to 65,000 domestic-abuse incidents last year. But she told the Seanad that doesn't reflect the problem, as 40 per cent of victims don't seek help.
