Gardaí in the Shannonside region are reminding motorists to never drive under the influence of drugs.
That's after a number of drivers were arrested in recent days.
While conducting a multi-agency checkpoint with the RSA and customers in the Sligo-Leitrim division, three drivers were arrested after failing the roadside drugs test.
Three cars and a motorcycle were seized when found to be uninsured or not being taxed for over a year.
The RSA and customs also detected a number of offences.
On Wednesday night, a roadside drug test was carried out on a driver in Roscommon.
They subsequently tested positive for cocaine, cannabis, benzodiazepines and opiates.
The driver was arrested and a court appearance is to follow.
