A Midlands North West MEP has detailed a recent medical procedure which saw him miss a vote on the EU-Mercusor deal.
Luke 'Ming' Flanagan previously spoke out in opposition to the deal.
However, he was unable to attend today's vote in Strasbourg due to a cyst on his jaw.
