Local Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice is set to vote no-confidence in the government.
A number of Rural Independent TDs are planning to back a no-confidence motion.
This will happen in the Dail on Tuesday.

Sinn Fein have said the country needs a new government and some TD's are agreeing.
Galway/Roscommon Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice said he is not happy with the current state of play.
"I would always looks at legislation going through the Dail on a case by case basis, I'd vote with them, against them and if something is good you support them and in this case I am here to represent rural Ireland and I'm going to stand up and vote against them."
