House prices in west and north Roscommon are some of the lowest in the country.
That's according to new figures from the CSO.
The Castlerea F45 eircode had the lowest median price in the country at €155,000, with a house in the Boyle F52 postcode €180,000.

Roscommon's F42 saw a median price of €259,750 in the year to December, while properties in Longford's N39 and N41 Carrick-on-Shannon were at €200,000.
The Athlone N37 eircode was once again, the most expensive locally at €320,000.
Nationally, the median price for a house in the last twelve months was €384,000.
