Two local groups are celebrating this week after they were successful in their applications for CLÁR funding.
They were among a number of local projects across the region who will benefit from total funding of €1.6 million.
Over €47,000 of that money was allocated to Scoil Mhuire Naofa in Carrigallen for the provision of a sensory garden.

Arigna Community Park was awarded almost €65,000 for the provision of a new walking track and playground.
Local councillor Leah Cull says the commitee is delighted with the funding:
