Tánaiste Micheál Martin visited Lough Funshinagh yesterday and met residents impacted by the flooding in Ballagh, Rahara and Curraghboy.

Residents have been left frustrated by what they say is a lack of progress on a solution to the flooding which has been ongoing since 2016. Local Cllr Laurence Fallon believes there is a strong chance the area will be deemed an emergency this year:
