Leitrim is under a status yellow snow and ice warning this morning.
The warning which took effect at midnight, will be in place until midday tomorrow.
Sligo, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan are also currently under the same warning.

Drivers are being warned to watch out for hazardous travelling conditions and icy stretches.
