Parents in Leitrim have welcomed a major step forward in the provision of much-needed residential care home for people with disabilities. The news was confirmed this week that the property has been fully acquired for use following a long battle for the service. Leitrim and Monaghan are the only counties in the country not served by a care home for those with disabilities
