The launch of next year's Irish Hot Air Ballooning Championships will take place in Lough Key Forest Park in Boyle later today. The 53rd edition of the championships will take place from the 20th to 26th of September next year at the popular local tourist attraction. The event will feature up to 30 Hot Air balloons and their crews from countries including the US, Germany, France and England.
