Just under 17 per cent of stock audits have taken place at social homes in the Shannonside region since 2022.
Figures released to Sinn Féin TD Thomas Gould show that of the 4903 social houses in Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon, only 823 have taken place.
The audit evaluates the condition, safety, and energy efficiency of homes to inform maintenance, plan improvements, and ensure compliance with housing standard.
