A proposed caravan camping site in Co. Leitrim has been given the green light.
Kiltyclogher Community Council had applied to Leitrim County Council to develop the recreational site at the town's community centre.
The project would see the construction of a single-storey camp site amenity building, which could service five campervan pitches and five tents.

A sauna, fire pit seating area and other amenities are also included in the plans.
County planners gave the project the go-ahead subject to 12 conditions, which stipulate that the structures should not be used for holiday home use or human habitation.
