The Justice Minister says she has been told by the Garda Commissioner there'll be a "full compliment" of Gardaí on Tuesdays in October.
Helen McEntee says she's not going to intervene in the ongoing roster row, as it's not her place to tell Gardaí "where, when and how they should be working."
Rank and file Gardaí want Commissioner Drew Harris to defer the November 6th date for reverting back to the old pre-pandemic roster.

They'll refuse to work overtime on each of the five Tuesdays in October, including on Budget Day and Halloween, but Minister McEntee says there'll be enough rostered:
