Minister Sean Canney will firstly be in Roscommon Town to officially unveil the new electric-vehicle charging hub pilot scheme in the grounds of the council car park.
He will then travel to Co Longford for the launch of the Market Street Barrack Lane, Granard Active Travel Scheme.
It follows his official opening of a €3.5 million cycleway and infrastructure on the Battery Road in Longford Town, this time last year.
